Sintex build homes for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) under Rajiv Ratna Aawas Yojna:

There is huge shortage of housing for EWS/LIG sectors in urban areas. Under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM), a unique programme of Government of India for housing for urban poor occupies highest priority. Many of the cities including Delhi have decided to make Metropolitan areas slum free. Smt. Sonia Ganhi, President of INC inaugurated the first house made by Monolithic Concrete Construction technology evolved by Sintex.

Sintex has contract to make nearly 10,000 houses over a period of next 12-18 months to showcase great benefits of their technology. CEPT University , Ahmedabad has found that Monolithic Concrete Construction technology of Sintex is the best for mitigating housing shortage by creating durable, safe and healthy homes for urban poor all over the world.
